This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Very bad experience during the boarding, the Aegean employees were very rude, and impatient with the passengers

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Will try to not fly with them again. Delays because of weather but got redirected to an airport where I could not make connection.

Horrible. The plane didn't land on time. Again left delayed 1 hr. Then landed in different city Poznan. No one there was from Luthansa. We were dropped off like animals. No food, no instructions. After 2 hrs we got a bus! 1 bus for all the people from the plane. 4 hrs back to warsaw. Arrived at 11pm at the airport in Warsaw. Again No one from Luthansa. I had to sit spend a night at the airport to get a bus to my final destination in Poland. Shame on Luthansa!!! Will never fly in my life! Paying $1400 for the ticket with 2 delayed flights, nothing offered for inconvenience!!! Bad bad

My experience would have been greatly improved by arriving on time to connect to my Porto flight. The staff that dealt with the aftermath of the late arrival evidently booked my group into a hotel in Frankfurt. This reduced my time in Porto Portugal a day and half. I do want to commend Jorge Klein for his hard work. He spent a great deal.of time trying to rebook the flight and he eventually did rebook for the next day and did provide accommodations for me overnight. This was a big issue for me and the group I traveled. The rest of the trip was good.

Already stated....flights were fine. Late luggage a disappointment and failure my Lufthansa to get my bag delivered in a timely fashion.

Luggage took nearly 2 hours to come out. Terrible airport service in Malaga.

Lufthansa was amazing. Definitely upgrade your seat if you can swing it - they take very good care of their passengers. Customs in DC is nothing short of a nightmare though. Stood in line waiting to go back through security for 30 minutes, had to RUN through and across two terminals to make my connection and only had 5 minutes to spare. Terrible. Very very poor coordination by the airport staff and CBP.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

This flight space was way better than our international flight. Efficient boarding and comfortable

Super uncomfortable. Shoved in like sardines. Overhead bins were tight. Why was coffee charged for? I was insulted. How about an inflight magazine? Why can’t I charge my phone? Maybe the planes are old? They didn’t feel new. Television would have been nice. Bathrooms also very small for anyone not a size 6 or female.

I really like it and travel to Europe and back with Lufthansa, but it is getting expensive, a bit beyond my me
