The receptionist took very long time to handover the car, and even longer time to receive the car without any respect to my time ( almost 40 min) I almost missed my flight! Also they have only one office in terminal 1, so if you have flights departing from terminal 2 or 3 you need to count for time and expenses!Reviewed May 10 2024

Pros:Extra charges on pick-up for airport taxes when other companies do not charge. Car had with an odor of cigarettes. Returned the car 10 h earlier. Rates not really good.Reviewed Mar 25 2021

Unprofessional staff at Dubai Airport Terminal 3Cons:When returning the car I was charged 25 AED despite the fact that my vehicle was returned during the grace period. The staff was unsure what to do and when checking with his supervisor they were informed that the checkout paper time is irrelevant and they can only go by the contract time. When I picked up my vehicle it took over 25 minutes to receive the car . Contract time was 1440, checkout paper 1505, return 1655. The supervisor On the phone threatened to charge me a full extra day if I complained since she claimed that grace period is not in the contract. Anyone who can read will see that the contract fine print spells out GRACE period. Finally please be advised that checkout takes more than 30 minutes per customer.Reviewed Jan 6 2019
