Pros:
Drop off was easy.Cons:
Staff wasn’t very friendly, complained that we weren’t sharp on time and she said she hoped she still had a car left for us although we had already paid. Proceeded to act surprise that there was a car left and didn’t even say which model or if same size that we had paid for. No information regarding vehicle and then said they would need to clean it now. Was a very quick clean. Probably not up to current standards. Also if cars are just standing around, wouldn’t they have had time to clean them?10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I went to the Lincoln, CA location to pick up my car as I had reserved. instead of a compact car, I was told the only vehicle available was a F-150 4 door 4x4 truck. I told the clerk that I would not be able to park this vehicle in the city and I did not want to pay for the extra fuel. I was sent two cities away to Roseville, CA and all they had was a full size Charger. I was not happy, however I did not have a choice. The sales tax was higher in Roseville, so I had to pay more than quoted. I don't understand why I had to drive so far to get the vehicle and still could not rent the vehicle I reserved and had to pay a higher price too.2 locations in Auburn

The thing I enjoyed the most was that there was no outrageous amount of fees tacked on for a different drop off location. Very reasonable rate, newer clean car, best car rental experience so far. Would definitely rent from them again in the future.8.8 Very good
