Rented an SUV in the mountains where it snowed and it turns out that vehicle did not have 4 wheel drive. At pick-up attendant was late arriving at the office. Vehicle was dirty.10.0 Wonderful

We have had horrendous experiences with Enterprise. We only made a reservation because they were the only game available in the town of Glenwood Springs, Colorado. True to form they took the reservation for an SUV, then when the day came announced they had none available and a huge waiting list. This went on for days before we gave up. This is only the tip of the iceberg. In the past they rented us a car with a cracked oilpan. On arriving at our destination we noticed a large pool of oil. When I called they tried to talk me into taking it an hour away to a Firestone shop for repair and spend my vacation waiting for the repair.. Sheesh!!!!They finally agreed to a replacement and then later out of the blue, charged the repair to my card.Budget

Cons:
We were given a Nissan Sentra to drive from Steamboat Springs to Denver. We should have been told to upgrade to a four wheel or all-wheel drive. Furthermore, the tire pressure light was on. When we checked them, three of the four tires were overinflated by 20 PSIs!!!! This is very dangerous.4.8 Mediocre

Cons:
Additional charges for taxes and airport fees when I dropped off the car that I wasn't expecting. Only one key worked but two were permanently attached on the ring. They were bulky and a pain to carry when you had no option to separate.
