The staff was doing the best they could with limited resources.Cons:
We were able to book our vehicle to be picked up in one location and dropped off at another (the airport). At the end of an hour long wait/pick-up, we were told that the car had to be returned to the same location. This resulted in having to return the car early and a $25 Uber ride to the airport.2.0 Poor

I mean, I would call a Kia Sorrento a full-size SUV. We moved our luggage from a RAV-4 and it barely fit in the Kia. Moving from a crossover to a full size SUV, you expect a little bit more room. Maybe you should clear up with your partners what is considered a full-size SUV. When your site says a Nissan Pathfinder OR COMPARABLE, no one expects to show up and have to drive a Kia Sorrento.Cons:
Stop lying to us about the cars available. I could have gotten way cheaper rates for a Kia Dorrento booking direct or using another service. Massively disappointing.8.0 Very good

After purchasing the 3rd party protection insursnce, the Enterprise agents said it wasnt the best idea to go that route. They offered (wanted me to purchase) their in-store insurance, which I did. They advised to cancel the 3rd party I insurance. Of course all of this is happening as I'm dealing with everthing else and i never got around to calling the 3rd party to cancel. So basically I paid for two sets of coverage. My point here is if you are going to purchase the additional insurance, wait until at the counter; it was basically the same price.8.0 Very good

Nothing because they bailed on the reservation.Cons:
The staff texted me 3 days after the rental reservation and two days before I needed the car to tell me they were overbooked and they wouldn't have anything available for me. I had to contact Priceline to get my insurance deposit back again. Definitely wasn't helpful to have the car pulled out via a non official text message on Saturday when I needed the car Monday. I ended up renting from Hertz directly from their website instead of using Kayak or Priceline.2.0 Poor

Extremely rude and unhelpful. The Avis rental car location in North Charleston, SC is not where you want to go. The owner actually raised his voice to customers complaining of his bad day as if it was their fault. Left shaking without renting a car.6.8 Okay

Actual rate was higher than kayak posted rate. Reservation was not made at location selected on kayak. Car wheel well was falling off. Not sure if location and rate are kayak issues or Avis.Budget

When I reserved the car, the web site mentioned that they also accepted debit cards. When I went to pick up the car, the clerk told me that without a major credit card that they had to run a credit check on me. That was not mentioned in my confirmation email. I know that my credit rating is not very good. I realize I had to put a deposit and had the funds in my account to cover it. It was a big inconvenience for me to not be able to rent the car.Dollar

Cons:
We reserved a car rental 3 months out from our trip. When we arrived, the staff at Dollar said there were no cars available and could not guarantee us a vehicle until another was returned. They couldn't say how many vehicles were scheduled to be returned and when. They placed us on a waiting list and said they would call. Then, I was informed that because we were "late" for our reservation (plane was delayed) we were bumped to the bottom of the waiting list. They said they couldn't tell us until 5pm if they had any vehicles turned in. That was 4 hours to wait with our luggage! Then we called back at 5pm they said that they had nothing available and no other Dollar rentals had cars. They said it was in the fine print that this could happen. We ended up booking a car rental through Hertz for 2x the quoted rate but at least they were willing to help us salvage our vacation. Not booking through Dollar ever again.2.0 Poor

Nothing to like when you get to the airport and the Dollar rental company tells you you have to pick up your can on an off- site location which closes at 1pm and my reservation was for 1pm and I was standing on line since 12pm and there was nothing they could do, no other cars available only in 24 hoursCons:
