Will never use Avis again. Originally booked to pick up at Logan International and was moved to Bedford over an hour away. The rental staff was nowhere to be found when I arrived to pick up the car. I was not able to rent a car and it completely messed up my travel plans. Do not rent from this location. It is completely unreliable. Stay clear. I will not attempt renting a car from this location ever again.2.0 Poor
