The Staff was extremely, professional, helpful, friendly, flexible, available and went out of their way to help me with my trip. My primary contact was Alison who was SO INVESTED & is that rare employee who goes above & beyond as if it was her own business. I also spoke with Ronnie & was driven back by Aaron. The whole Team was a Wondeful Trifecta of Customer Service. I got an incredible deal on Kayak, but I actually chose to spend a bit more & upgraded to a premium vehicle.Cons:

I was 9 minutes late to pick up the car after the closing time for that location. There were still 2 people inside who would not help me, even though I had a reservation. I have yet to receive my refund, even though I have called and emailed multiple times. Funny part is, I went to Enterprise right down the road and they also close at 1pm. The woman inside was very nice and had no issue helping me rent a car, even though I was a late walk in. Hertz is absolutely terrible.3.6 Poor

Was not a far drive to get there.Cons:
A lot of the problems that I had were because their website was not up to date and did not advertise anything very well. When I went to go pick up my rental vehicle I arrived at the wrong location. They claimed that they had moved to another location, but there is nothing to suggest that online. When I finally got to the facility, they added an additional service fee that even they admitted to not advertising on their website. This makes no sense to me and is very infuriating. The car they wanted to give to me at the time was also missing part of the front grill. If i have a reservation, the car should be properly prepared and ready when I pick it up. In addition to this, they wanted the total payment, plus the service fee and a $250 deposit up front instead of what they had advertised which was $30 upfront and the rest when I dropped it of. This was the last straw for me and I ended up canceling my reservation and not renting from them at all. I do not recommend ACE at all to anyone. In fact I am so disappointed by their service that I am making it a point to tell everyone DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!Avis
