Customer service was not good. We had a flat, we were in Tennessee and it was raining and when we call for assistance they told us that since we had a complete tire in the trunk we had to change the tire. Pros:Yes the staff was excellent. Professional as well as joking made you feel at ease as they took 700 and change from you for a weekly rental .
