Reservations and pickup were absolutely wonderful. The drop off was a bit scary because I did not notice, nor was informed that their office would be closed by the drop-off date and time. What was even worse was the note on the building that said I was responsible for their rental car in their parking lot if anything happened to it during after hours. With all the crime, that is a heavy burden and I was finally relieved when I received the phone call from the office that everything checked out ok.Reviewed Jun 5 2024

They did not have the mini van that I reserved so I ended up with a larger SUV. The problem with that is I had a person with orthopedic issues and it was difficult for them to climb in and out of that thing. These days rental car companies do not have an adequate fleet and they kind of stick you in whatever they've got. Rather than give me a discount for not having what I reserved, they tried to upsell me on an even bigger version of what I didn't want.Reviewed Jun 3 2024

Truck was ordered a week ahead. No call no email no communication at all to let us know that it would not be available when we arrived to pick it up. So when we arrived to pick it up at that time, they told us that it was broken and not available. Staff truly didn’t care. After an hour and a half wait we were offered a compact SUV at same price as premium premium truck. No suggestion or offer to reduce price to appropriate price. We walked.
