Pros:Yes, the staff were friendly. Their price for the large high-roof van was awesome, especially with the unlimited miles. Actually got over 20 mpg with the van, even when fully loaded with furniture during a 234 mile round trip.Cons:The van was a little dirty inside the cargo area, but nothing serious. If the price remains the same, I'd use Hertz again if I have need for a cargo van rental.Reviewed Feb 12 2021

Cons:I was to be charged $181 for one week rental. I found that I needed the car for only 2 days. I called to see if I would get a refund if I returned the car early and was told the amount wound be calculated on return. When I looked at my receipt, I found that the refund was about $10!! The company could now rerent the car for those 5 days. I use rental cars 2-3 times/year but Hertz, Dollar and Budget will no longer be in my plans! For a little extra revenue this quarter, they have potentially decreased their revenue for several quarters!Reviewed Feb 7 2018
