10.0 Wonderful
A Pleasant Stay with a Few Quirks I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel in the heart of Los Angeles, and overall, my experience was delightful. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. It's not every day that you encounter a hotel where the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort, and this establishment certainly stood out in that regard. One of the standout features of this hotel is the rare gem of free parking in Los Angeles, a city where finding complimentary parking is increasingly rare. This thoughtful touch not only saved me the hassle of navigating crowded parking structures but also added a layer of convenience to my stay. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to making their guests' experience as seamless as possible. The rooms were well-appointed and offered a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The ample bathrooms were a pleasant surprise, providing a sense of spaciousness often lacking in hotel accommodations. However, it's worth noting that the absence of face washcloths was a minor inconvenience that could be easily addressed to enhance the overall guest experience. On the downside, the pillows provided were unusually small and firm, resembling more decorative sofa throw pillows than the plush and supportive cushions one might expect in a hotel room. While this was a minor quibble, a selection of pillows with varying levels of firmness could cater to a wider range of preferences and contribute to a more restful night's sleep. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was marked by the exceptional staff, attention to guests, and the convenience of free parking in Los Angeles. The rooms, despite their minor quirks, offered a comfortable and enjoyable experience. With a few adjustments, such as the addition of face washcloths and an upgrade to more accommodating pillows, this hotel has the potential to provide an even more exceptional stay for its guests. I would gladly return, appreciating the positives and hopeful for a continued commitment to improvement.

8.0 Very good

Cons:In a neighborhood so view was of someones house/backyard, A/C a little loud.

8.5 Very good
Pros:All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional. The room itself was very clean and well layed-out, and the bathroom was large and spacious.
Cons:The neighbourhood was a bit run down, though the hotel grounds itself were well kept. The hotel didn’t have room service, but there are some great restaurants nearby that deliver. I could have used a softer bed and firmer pillows, but that’s mostly just personal preference.

6.0 Okay
Pros:Good location & price to attend a 2-day concert at Dodger Stadium. Felt fairly safe and located in the heart of LA Koreantown. Hotel has no food or beverages (no coffee anywhere and no vending machines) and minimal choices in the neighborhood. They do keep the hotel clean including mopping the parking lot floor.
Cons:Very little English spoken here and few typical American amenities. Bring you own coffee pot & towels. There is an unusual Espresso machine in the room but not a common easy to use model and no instructions. There was no other coffee available, no one on staff knew where to get any and nothing close by. We reserved two rooms both with 2 Queen beds and got 1 small double in a small room. We also paid for two connecting rooms but they did not connect to each other and were in two different hallways. They only provided each room with 2 bath towels & 1 hand towel & wash cloth. They did have English speaking Security Guards dressed in all black who very courteously opened the front door for you whenever you entered or exited their hotel.

7.4 Good
Pros:Well, it is quite new. I have read some not so favourable reviews.... you get what you pay for. It is true that better to bring ear plugs as the walls are very thin. I was Ok with it despite being very noise sensitive. But as long as you know that the plugs may need to be used and you ready to accept this as a trade off for the price...it is actually quite good. But do not kid yourself this is not a 5 star hotel. I found it: clean with very friendly staff. Additionally, there is also a Metro Bus to the city almost at the door. I did not use the parking but it is also available. Would I stay there again, hell yes.
Cons:Bit noisy from neighbouring rooms.
A
9.1 Wonderful
Pros:Overall our stay was pretty comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to everything we needed during our stay. We couldn't believe how remarkably clean and neat the hotel was. For the most part, the location was pretty central to everything. You still have to drive to most places in Los Angeles, but that isn't an unusual occurrence for any place in that city. The free and secure parking was a wonderful perk as well!
Cons:The beds are a bit small as they didn't have anything bigger than a queen size (it was still very comfortable). Sounds could be heard through the walls on either side of us, and above during the night and early morning. We were in an adjoining room, so that might have something to do with it too. I'd suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Some bigger hotel chains have the same issue, so it's really not that uncommon.
