Cons. The room that was initially given to us was locked and had to get re-keyed 3 times to find out it wasn’t clean or ready. Then the next room given we went to and it opened but the room was lived in and total chaos with trash and pills on the bed. The next thing that occurred is that the gentleman said that’s the only room left and it wasn’t even ready for any customer to be in. He said all the rooms were booked and that there were no rooms left. He finally said oh we have one room with a queen bed in it. It was ok but definitely wasn’t what I saw in the pictures of what the room was supposed to look like or be. The fridge smelled like dead fish and wasn’t clean. The phone in the room didn’t even work and had to use my cell to call the front desk. The TV wasn’t working and the internet wasn’t satisfactory at all. I even purchased the upgraded internet to find out it wasn’t worth the money either. My overall impression was less than and even really disappointed and will not recommend Extended Stay to any one and will make sure people know about the service I received.
