Pros:close to the beach and boardwalk. Inexpensive
Cons:the room was suppose to be smoke free but it had residual smell of cigarette; there were ashtrays in the room. The bathtub was clogged.

Cons:Had to leave a day early because of death in the family. I thought they would have offered a little money back. This was a very stressful time for us.
Pros:Location is great, very short walk to boardwalk and beach. Room with kitchenette was perfect for our stay with our 1 year old. Staff was very friendly. We were 1 of many families there with young kids and was surprisingly quiet at night.
Cons:Only complaint was that the parking lot was across the street.
Cons:Motel accommodations were fair to middlin. The front desk person was nice but this stay was absolutely ridiculous overrun by an entire fraternity makingway too much noise until wee hours of the morning. Management was notified more than once the noise did not stop. We complained politely to the owners who refunded our money but then management told US not to bother coming back because they couldn't make us happy. Make us happy? don't most people expect peace and quiet after 2 in the morning? We were perfect guests! All we asked was for a quiet night sleep! I would never recommend this hotel for anyone with the family it seems like a party place for college people and in my opinion, the management and owners do not respond professionally when problems are brought up to them.

Pros:Some rooms have a kitchenette which was awesome. Saved us a lot of money on food because we didn't eat out all the time. Staff was super friendly. We arrived about 3 hours early and our room was ready. They allowed us to check in early with no extra fees! Awesomely close to the beach!
Cons:It's a pretty far walk from the hotel to where all the fun stuff is on the boardwalk.
Pros:I loved the location of this hotel. Less than a block to the boardwalk and beach and in central OCMD.
Cons:The price ($275/night on July 4th) felt like a lot for the quality of the room.
