Aweful. My flight got delayed so they cancelled my car because I didn’t pick it up at the exact reservation time. I had to make an emergency trip due to my Grandmother being in the hospital. This was really inconvenient and I will never give Thrifty my business again.Reviewed May 3 2024

Check in and check out was great! Quick and easy, efficient people working the desk. Didn’t like the price changed at counter verses on line. $10 more per day to upgrade from a van to a compact car. I requested a compact car being it was only me in the car. Doesn’t seem right!Reviewed Dec 22 2023

Pros:Nothing. They had no cars.Cons:I landed at 11pm to walk up to the counter for them to tell me all the cars were over booked. Will probably book through the car site next time.Reviewed Apr 26 2021

Pros:We arrived very late and the employee was fast and friendly and gave us a great car for the week.Cons:Really one of the best car rental experiences we've ever had. It was slightly confusing upon returning the car as there was not the typical employee out in the lot to check the car back in so we just went in and dropped off the keys at the counter.Reviewed Apr 5 2021

Cons:The chance of dropping the car off in Miami rather than at the same office as the pick up. An explanation about the difference in between the pre paid fuel tank option and the self filling. I shouldn’t paid for the pre paid as I wouldn’t do that amount of miles in just two days.Reviewed Oct 8 2020

Pros:in the airport close to baggage pick upCons:car had a flat, reserved midsize - got subcompact, replacement car also a subcompact and was filthy as well as only had 1/2 tank of gas and had not been disinfected. spent 75 minutes checking in and picking up car before we could leaveReviewed Jul 15 2020

Pros:Person who helped us with car was great. Car was adequate.Cons:There were scratches on the car that we had to go back into the terminal about that should have been noted prior. It was over 90 degrees. When we returned we had to go drop off the keys in the terminal, and we had to wait in line.Reviewed Jul 7 2020

Pros:Pick up and drop of excellent.Cons:Inside car was not well cleaned. Armrest and. GPS screen had finder prints all over. Car tires were set al all different poundage.
