Staff at drop off attempted to indicate I had not picked the car up with 1/2 tank of gas and tried to make me go away to fill it when I returned it 3/4 full. I had a flight to catch and drop off was unnecessarily delaying.10.0 Wonderful

I reserved a full sized vehicle because I am moving. I reserved in advance because I had a strict schedule and flights to catch. I was charged the full price even though I got a mid-sized sedan it was more than 5 hours late!8.8 Very good

Comparatively speedy service at an out-of-the-way location which had small but friendly staff. When I returned the car, I asked for and received a ride to commuter rail station so that I did not have to walk on icy sidewalks.Avis

Yes, except it was difficult to find them. Drove around the parking lot of the hotel and didn't see their office. Finally went into the hotel lobby and was told where they were in the building.Cons:
The car I picked up had not been cleaned...it was filthy. I was told that if I could get it detailed for $20-30 that they would reimburse me for it. It just seemed unacceptable to give me a car that had not been cleaned since the last renter. Good thing I had sanitizing wipes with me that I used on all the surfaces I was using. Never have I rented a car that was filthy before.3.2 Poor
