Food was low quality as well as quantity; I ordered vegetarian. We waited 35 MINUTES for the first bag to arrive after landing.

It was not Iberia. It was with United. It was great!!!
They offered several meals and snacks, the crew was very friendly and kind. There was a broad selection of movies, shows, and games. I was impressed!
My son and I are 193 cm tall. We had reserved and paid for seats with extra leg room towards the front of the cabin. The day of the flight, we learned that Iberia had changed aircraft. We were assigned regular seats way back in the cabin. When we landed from our first leg we spoke with agents at the gate and we were told that they couldn’t improve our seats because the flight was full.
I could change to business before flight and everything was perfect except for entertainment which was none.
Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

My only complaint would be that we paid for insurance in case we needed to change our flights. However we still had to pay to change and was not helped on either travel parties. I would like a refund for my change fees as indicated in our insurance plans.
Luftansa customer support on the phone were terrible. The flight itself was good. The crew were good.
The Business Class seating did not stack up to other airlines that we've experienced. There was no privacy and the seats in recline for sleeping were not well padded and comfortable. There was no mattress pad provided either. The crew was not as respectful and accommodating. We have no specific complaints regarding the crew except to say we've been treated noticeably better on other airlines, for example, British Airlines. Lastly, we were immensely disappointed when we got to the Denver airport as our flight was significantly delayed, granted, due to a lightning strike in a nearby airport, but what made this worse was our discovery that we could not use the United lounge for the 3 1/2 hour delay. We were told our Business Class tickets could only be used for outgoing overseas flights. This left us scrambling to eat the sad restaurant offers at the Denver airport. All in all, we would not book another Business Class flight on Lufthansa.
Could not understand any announcements of the flight crew whatsoever. Their English is very bad. My bag is still lost. It was not loaded promptly and the plane was delayed so much that I almost missed my connection. I would not fly Dolomiti again!
Several amenities included. Our bag was a little heavy so they checked it without charge. Earbuds were included. Entertainment selection was fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful travel and flight crew.
All 4 flights were late. Plus delays for cleaning planes . On return baggage was not even on the plane arrived next day not received until two days later . Very poor experience.
It would have been better if the flight hadn't been an hour late, causing us to miss our connection. Even without the delay, Lufthansa do not allow adequate time for passport control and getting yourself to the departure gate.
Regular 3 across coach seats in “business” just empty middle seat
Staff was rude in business class. Luggage was damaged and nothing was done about it airlines.
Boston Logan is a crummy airport - signage is terrible or lacking in areas. Boarding seemed to be a free for all and with all the different airlines speaking, you couldn't tell who was supposed to be where and when. Plain and simple, airlines should board from the back of the plane to the front. Also someone was sitting in my seat. By the time that was figured out, I had to place my overhead behind me which made de-planing more difficult. Logan is not Lufthansa's fault so that is not on them, Boarding is on them! Still, overall it was a Good Experience flying with Lufthansa. This is not my first flight with them...
