$674 Find cheap flights from Shanghai Hongqiao Intl to Toronto Pearson Airport

The flight was cancelled. I wasn't informed where to check in, how and when. It wasn't easy to get in contact with Cathay service representative, and they were not very helpful... The staff on the airport - Air Canada (I assume) were the most helpful, kind efficient, patient... Thank you for all your help and care, for your patience, for your professionalism!!!

The first economy rows have remote space in the seat which eats in the seating space. The seats are also smaller compared to other airlines.

The flight crew was exceptionally good. Personal needs were well met. The food choices were very nice.

While I was in great pain, the seat was sufficiently comfortable to allow me to rest and not be in so much pain.

we were upgraded which was a blessing and tender mercy for us. I fell the day before and was in extreme pain from knee to shoulder. Sitting in a more comfortable seat during the flight was an unexpected blessing and experience.

My seat was sold off to someone else. Had to wait 9 hours to catch the next filght. Definitely will never use Cathay Pacific again. Bad, very bad airline. will comment on google reviews too.

The aircraft was slightly newer but the food was very bad. Bland and uninteresting. Nothing special at all.

I felt thirsty and asked the flight attendent for water, but no one came for more than half an hour.

The crew were fine. I didn’t enjoy the food at all. I found it unappetising and really had trouble eating it. The comfort level was fine and our return flight is with Cathay Pacific but honestly I probably wouldn’t fly Cathay Pacific again.

Loved the food (vegetarian in our case). Super pleasant. We're in our 60s/70s and not speedy anymore but I never felt rushed. Entertainment choices very current, personalized, and fun. Asked to change seats with a man who had paid for his seats as well but something had occurred in process so he was two rows away from his small daughter. Staff was very efficient at mediating the exchange and gave us a beautiful little travel pack as a gift to agree to it. The seats were comfortable but reclined a bit much for my comfort. I'm glad I'm not claustrophobic as the person in front of me reclined to the max and I felt very enclosed. Very efficient crew simultaneously as super pleasant.

Several amenities included. Our bag was a little heavy so they checked it without charge. Earbuds were included. Entertainment selection was fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful travel and flight crew.

Twenty-four hours before our flight we wanted to check in online, but was unable to do this, so we walked over to the airport. We were still unable to do it, but it ended up not being a problem doing it that day. One of the women in our group wanted to check two bags, but was unable to do it, but they then let her take the smaller bag with her into the cabin and didn't charge her for that extra bag.

The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.

Overall great flight experience- on time, lots of food and movies.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

Just lucky: After realizing I was on "standby" b/c of a technical seat problem, someone volunteered to go Premium Economy, & I got to keep my Business seat. Found broken headphones, and they replaced them immediately! Excellent food and beverage service. Although we went to ALM first on our way to NQZ, it meant Business class was almost empty for the last 1.5 hours of flight- heavenly!

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...
