We ended up with seats in the very back. So they did not recline. Have no idea why, we reserved and checked in very early. The isles were very narrow and the seats had very little leg room. But they did give us water, and a snack.

I liked the exit row seat. Hated the distance between gates in Houston.

737 Max was leaking water into the cabin through the windows. Overhead bins opened on landing. Bad bad plane.

Got automatically assigned middle seats unless you fork out extra money for a seat assignment, not impressed.

Good boarding. Crew started quick with drinks and food. They came around several times for trash which I really liked. Other than turbulence due to storms in the area, flight was great.

You have got to come up with a better way of getting connecting flight people off the plane first. Flying doesn’t bring out the best in people but exiting off a plane rules needs to come from management, not from the expectation that passengers will be “kind” and let them off first. Perhaps exiting in zones? Like boarding? Zone 1 exits are connecting people. This frustration led to many people missing their flights or scrambling. We were delayed leaving the first leg which amplified this.

I wish that we wouldn't have to go through TSA again on connecting flights.

This flight is frequently delayed. The connections seemingly are more frequently delayed. I’ve missed connections as a result twice on the same route to charlotte then Charleston. Final destination arrival has been the next day, twice in a row. No pilots, no crew. Too many excuses. Unfortunately, my days with American are over.

The absolute worst. Our flight from Madrid to Charlotte was delayed nearly 2hrs which cost us to miss our connecting flight. The only availability was to either separate my party of four (two being children) several other locations to reach our final destination. The other was drop us off at entirely different location we never intended on going. Thus resulting in us driving a rental 2 hrs to our original final destination. On top of that the flight from Madrid was uncomfortable and some staff were extremely rude.

Flight attendants had no personality! The looked miserable! My seat was broken in first class. I can’t believe how American Airlines changed. 😞

The main flight was OK but the second flight was chaotic with delays

All the British airways staff were very helpful and friendly. Every thing was very smooth running from checking in boarding and arriving 40 minutes early. Which is a brilliant start to your holiday.

It was not Iberia. It was with United. It was great!!!

We had a seat that would not function. No Wifi or inflight entertainment was available. Food was very poor. Attendants were very accommodating and apologized for the problems.

They offered several meals and snacks, the crew was very friendly and kind. There was a broad selection of movies, shows, and games. I was impressed!

My son and I are 193 cm tall. We had reserved and paid for seats with extra leg room towards the front of the cabin. The day of the flight, we learned that Iberia had changed aircraft. We were assigned regular seats way back in the cabin. When we landed from our first leg we spoke with agents at the gate and we were told that they couldn’t improve our seats because the flight was full.

I could change to business before flight and everything was perfect except for entertainment which was none.

Booked with Iberia but flight was with Level. This switch of airlines was not published anyware and I was not made aware. Service was horrible, attendants were rude and nowhere to be found. Interior of plane was disgusting and dirty, trash on the floor, bathrooms were dirty (probably because flight attendants were not collecting trash from passengers). I have never encountered this on any other flight or airline. A public bus or metro in Los Angeles is 10 times cleaner. Had I known this was not an Iberia flight I would not have booked this tickets.

Iberia subcontracted the flight out to Level (?). I would never fly Iberia/Level ever again. Old planes with no tv’s or wifi. Barely edible food. Small seats. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Flight was an Iberia Flight on Level but seemed to be outsourced to a 3rd airline - Wamos. Seating pattern was different than when booked, we waited on the JETBRIDGE for 45 minutes to board, food was terrible. Movie options were limited to about 20 and very old, TV shows was limited to about 15 and equally as old. Staff was fine but definitely the "b-team". Landed about 60 minutes early and waited on the runway for 45 minutes - despite that Logan Airport in Boston recently added new gates. Mediocre experience at best.

Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

My luggage never arrived in Miami; still waiting a day later.
