At check-in we were informed that data related to the bags we purchased through Kayak website didn't "follow" and we were requested to pay again for bags we had already booked online. The staff was extremely unhelpful, pretending that they "do not know Kayak and do not work with them". In the end we had to pay 50 € for one carry-on bag, which was something totally unheard of to me. We complained to Air Arabia at the arrival in Casablanca but hey did not follow up in any way. I recommend paying more and flying Royal Air Maroc to Morocco, where such things never happen.

It was not Iberia. It was with United. It was great!!!
They offered several meals and snacks, the crew was very friendly and kind. There was a broad selection of movies, shows, and games. I was impressed!
My son and I are 193 cm tall. We had reserved and paid for seats with extra leg room towards the front of the cabin. The day of the flight, we learned that Iberia had changed aircraft. We were assigned regular seats way back in the cabin. When we landed from our first leg we spoke with agents at the gate and we were told that they couldn’t improve our seats because the flight was full.
I could change to business before flight and everything was perfect except for entertainment which was none.
Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

The woman at the check-in counter was the rudest woman I have ever encountered. She misspoke, yelled at us and then when she realized she made an error, lied instead of apologizing. I won’t be flying this airline again and that woman should definitely consider a new career.

Letting people wait outside for boarding in the rain and almost 0 degrees for a high temperature destination is very customer unfriendly

The flight was delayed by more then 5 hours and we lost our connecting flight. We had to purchase new connecting flights to our expense.
Boarding at Arrecife was commended way too early. Far too long for elderly to be kept standing on their feet. Otherwise we’ll done to all staff.

3 hours late, came at my final destination without any of my luggage.
Delays with no communication. Broken business class seat and no one seems to care or help.
The head of the flight attendants was very rude and impolite and insisted to know my nationality on flight while I had my Can passeport! against all rules!

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced.
I lost my connection flight from Casablanca to Marrakech because we arrived late to Casablanca. I had to rent a car to continue my trip . I need refunds
Nothing. Everything, the service the delayed plane and communications to passengers, the boarding, the food access before flight, no aircon on the plane until high altitudes and super long wait for baggage claim with no direction on tv signs.
