Pros:Check in/Check out were fast and easy
Pros:The staff were patient and helpful. You’d think that should be common in customer service but sadly it’s not so it’s great to step up to the counter and receive this great service. Especially during the holidays!

Cons:The quoted price was $29.95 plus taxes per day with 200 miles per day. Somehow, I wound up being charged $265 for a 4 day rental. That alone is enough to upset me because obviously the quoted price was hiding extra fees or other costs.
Pros:pick up and drop off were smooth
Cons:maybe a better selection once at the lot there were only two cars in our reserved size

Pros:I was a little frazzled, left my suitcase in the parking lot. Staff saw it, called me right away. On return, staff also very friendly and efficient.
Cons:Parking lot a little dark. Had to move the car around to do a good visual inspection.
