Fast Friendly service and the van worked out great!
Pros:Staff very friendly & helpful.

Cons:they charged me an additional $338 for dropping off the car at a different location, I tried to call 27 times that day and the number rang on the phone and then went busy, I was not able to tell them the emergency that required I drop the car at a different location. it is absurd to charge someone $338 for a drop fee when I have an emergency come up. I don't plan to use Alamo again, their local offices do not pick up the phone and the 800 number will not help.
