Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was very nice. Someone was smoking weed near our room, though, and could smell it inside our room.
Pros. The location in relation to food options was a plus. Also the gentleman working the front counter was pleasant and helpful.
Cons. Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. Paint peeling off in the bathrooms, you can hear everything through the walls.
Cons. Hotel not opened for business when attempted to check in....and reservations/pre pay was accepted. Name change to Hotel Endigo ..new name on the front of hotel...under construction and doors locked, Livid!!! Hotel across the street, Homewood Suites was very nice, new property, city view room, decor impecable, kitchenette, clean, hot/free breakfast, friendly staff! We loved our stay there! Had to wait for refund from the Highlands booking...paid out funds twice, but hubby's birthday weekend and couldn't disappoint due to their lack of business principles.
Pros. The room was clean and the staff was very good.
Cons. I did not like the parking situation. You can park free on the street until 8am or in a parking garage that 3 dollars every time you left..
