Pros. The location of the hotel to the highway. The waterfall on the property is beautiful. The beds are comfortable.
Cons. The hotel clerk training to review and accept reservations paid using Kayak.
Pros. Cleanliness; staff; free parking; close to highway and gas stations :)
Cons. I stayed for just one night--I have zero complaints.
Pros. the beds were super comfortable, or i was just that tired.
Cons. we booked a room two weeks in advance, was given a different room because they gave all those away, our room said no smoking but smelled like a bar. there was no phone in the room, and when we called the front desk for trouble with the wifi connection after four tries they never would answer the phone. the breakfast which included waffles, had no waffles.... It also had loaf bread and squeeze out jelly. they ran out of milk and orange juice, and the container with cereal in it had three cereals mixed into one container... This is my fifth year in a row at the same hotel and it is very obvious they have new owners and I will not be staying there again, and for it to be May in alabama there is no reason to not have the pool open !!!!!
Pros. The staff checked my wife and I into a room that was already occupied. Once we finally were in a room, a cheaper one than we paid for, it was not in the best conditions. The bed was not comfortable at all.
Pros. Broken bed, no towels, and extremely thin walls.
