Pros:Great little car. Brand new. Very clean
Cons:Long line to pick it up.
Pros:Easy check in/out. Great mileage, 4 doors.
Cons:A light weight Japanese car. Nasty ride, barely sufficient air conditioning in Wisconsin, even. Underpowered.
Cons:I made a reservation for noon and I was 45 minutes early and they would give me car but charge me $24 extra. They would not be flexible because it was made thru kayak

My car was available when I arrived.
Pros:The person at the counter. And the car
Cons:The first van they assigned me was filthy and had bad tires. He second van was better but still dirty. Trying to return the van was chaotic as there were 15 people in line and there was no way tof get a receipt.
Pros:Car was clean.
Cons:None of the power outlets (cig lighters) worked in the car. Customer Service was not helpful. Returning the car did not go smoothly.
