Pros:Super convenient to pick up and drop off (at different locations)
Cons:I was not given the type of car I requested, though i enjoyed the one i got (kia soul)
Pros:At pick up they were somewhat friendly but, returning the car was an ordeal, it took a long time and they were rude.
Cons:A car that had functioning windows and keys. Giving me the right return information. Letting me know the final cost and not charge extra afterwards, $90 more than expected on a two day rental is robbery.

Cons:I reserved an intermediate size car and they didn't have any so was offered a compact car (ford fiesta) or a minivan. Ended up taking the minivan but would've preferred my reserved intermediate size car.
Cons:Location severely understaffed; pickup took almost an hour. No Air Conditioning! On a very, very hot day

Cons:I reserved a vehicle online, the reservation confirmed the vehicle was at the location I needed so I thought OK everything is going work out. I called the budget location that I was going to be picking the vehicle up from that’s were things took a turn. The guy could barely speak English the vehicle that I reserved was not there. And it was not going to be there for three or four days. I could get no clear answers. The guy basically said that he cannot help me even though had a reservation. Huh... great So I called Avis, quick easy everything worked out I would recommend renting from Avis if you are ever in New Jerse.
Pros:the staff at the pick up point were really helpful - there had been a mix up about pick up and drop off sites and they sorted it really quickly. the first car had a crack in the windscreen - which we pointed out before we took the car - and it was changed with no problem at all. We had to wait about 10 minutes whilst they got a replacement car ready for us. Great service and such friendly staff - we will be back again. They now need to release the deposit held on my credit card!

Cons:Staff was incredibly rude to both myself and another customer while I was picking up the car. I won't be back.
Cons:Customer service was lacking. Energy was low in the office. The employees were stressed about the computer system. The car wasn’t ready to go when I got there.
