Pros. I made a reservation for Nov. 15 and 16th, they were made with Booking.com. But when I called to be sure of the time and date I was told there was not one in my name. I had a bppking number and a pen number but was told there was nothing for me. Therefore I had to fine another hotel to stay with. I was not very happy this. But Holiday was kind enough to help with phone numbers or other hotels. I was able to get a room at Hampiton Inn, which was next door to the Holiday. If I ever go back to Canton I will not stay at Holiday Inn. After talking to Booking, I found that Holiday should have had the reservation. Holiday said that there a over booking. As I stated Hampiton went out of their way to help me. Holiday fell down on the job. I hope this does not happen to other people. Anne
