Pros. Nothing
Cons. We were locked out of our room in our pajamas because the hotel cut our key cards off for no reason. They also were unable to bill anything to our room. Then our phones did not work. Horrible experience.
Pros. Clean, reasonably priced, comfortable and conveniently located.
Cons. Nothing
Pros. The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and convenient. I also used the hotel gym and found it to be just what I needed to get in a good workout.
Cons. I would say that this is a nice hotel, but I would definitely not say "5" stars.... the water pressure in the bathroom was insanely heavy. And, "5" star hotels are now offering much more luxurious bathroom experience (nice shower and shower head, etc).
Pros. Its a standard mainstream hotel.
Cons. It was really expensive (150 for one night) and didnt even include parking which was another 8 dollars per day. Didnt realize their was a hostel in town in a better location and much cheaper.
Pros. Attractive Hotel Good Location
Cons. Very expensive for the small room we had. Very loud facility - room right by elevators and ice machine and constant foot traffic and loud staff members. The entire hotel was filled with a conference and we were placed in amongst them - many of the facilities were used by the conference. After a late night with lots of loud disturbances we were awoken just after 5 am and forced to evacuate the building. After standing outside for a half hour we were given no explanation on why we had to evacuate other than the 6 fire engines that pulled up - then left shortly after. I'm sure it's a fine hotel - but we just didn't have a good experience.
Pros. Very clean. Friendly staff.
Cons. Being charged for parking.
Cons. I don't believe after paying over $200 a night, we should have to also pay $8 a day to park our vehicle. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working very well.
Pros. Friendly staff, a number of good restaurants nearby, convenient to battlefields
Pros. Lobby and rooms were well decorated. The hotel is in close proximity to Warehouse Row and about a mile from the Aquarium and arts district. Kids loved the indoor pool even if it was small.
Cons. The hotel could have been somewhat cheaper. We didn't eat here because the prices were just as high or more than top restaurants in town. The shower pressure was obnoxiously strong. We stood in a pool of water because it couldn't drain fast enough. Rooms are nice but a bit tight for a whole family.
Pros. This was a nice hotel, very beautiful on the inside. Great music in the bar room. Valet was super nice.
Cons. Our shower had very low water pressure and as a female with long hair, this took forever And was very comfortable . also the shower was clogged so we took showers in a filled bath. When they said they would come fix it right away I thought they meant within the hour, but instead it took about 3-4 hours for the person to show up. By this time we had gone out to eat, and have drinks, go back to the room and start getting ready for bed by the time he showed. The hotel said they couldn't do anything for us because we had gone through price line to get our room, which I have never heard that one before. Room rates were overpriced in my opinion, stayed at a cheap motel that has been the same if not better.
