Pros:upon return at Orlando, our agent drove us to American airlines rather than having us wait for a shuttle. (he said it was not a real busy day, just to be clear.... they may not always offer that service)

Pros:The pickup and return was fast and easy. It was good value for the car.
Cons:When we picked up the car, the attendant convinced us we needed a week long Sun Pass for the roads in Florida. We only used it for a short time on one day to Miami. We didn't need it. We spent over $60 on it which was probably about &25 too much.

Pros:We rented a car to travel to Ft. Lauderdale for a week's cruise. Fast, easy pick up, super clean, easy drop off at Port Everglades with shuttle to cruise ships.

Cons:I r the rental agent told me I rented a sub compact and pointed to the picture on the reservation even though I specified a full size in the reservation request. Also the windshield was dirtyinside and there was no wind shield washer fluid
