I was there for 5 days and they never stopped to clean the room. They had power outages which affected the training I was presenting in the conference room. Staff seem occupied with each other. Not a good experience at this location . Was disappointed.
Pros. Very clean, staff very friendly, large room, great breakfast.
Cons. Only one regular coffee packet in room. pet peeve of mine as this happens often when traveling. Pillows very soft and flat.
Pros. The kids loved the indoor pool. It was a little cool but still nice and clean. The rooms were also nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Our room cards had some issues but they were very helpful.
