I stayed at the facility five days and they never cleaned my room or made the bed…otherwise my stay was great
Pros. Looked nice inside. Desk staff were polite and friendly.
Cons. After staying seven nights, I left with the general feeling I was being nickle and dimed to death. The standard Wifi measured, on multiple times and days, at less than 1Mb/s. However, if I PAID additional for the premium service, I could have more bandwidth. Pathetic. Breakfast was $11.98, for an omelet and coffee. Robbery. The restaurant was closed one evening so at the front desk I bought 1 bottle of beer and 1 bag of Doritos... for $8.00?!? Rip-off. Regarding the room: Please, would someone clean the windows! I did not like how the entry door slammed shut. Low-rent. I received a handicapped room for whatever reason. The closet had a shelf in the middle preventing the hanging of my shirts. UN-usable. I hung them on the door stop rod sticking out of the wall. Easy access! I didn't mind that the ironing board was miniature, but it was warped and flimsy. Cheap. I would think that a hotel of this caliber wouldn't rely on hidden fees for additional revenue. I get this treatment from the airlines. I don't need to be rewarded like this after a flight. I do not feel inclined to revisit this experience in the future.
