Pros. Every thing was good nothing to complain about
Cons. Was not told that there would be major construction on property. Elevator was in bad shape, and it and hallways smelled like cigarettes
Pros. The bed was wonderful. The first time my wife and I experience a sleep number mattress and it was awesome!
Cons. The shower pressure and temperature was very mediocre. There were times the water would be hot but then there were other times the water seemed to take forever to get even warm.
Pros. Bed was comfortable
Cons. Wifi did not work, there is one cable machine in fitness area and was out of order, front desk employees were never at the front desk, used the "do not disturb sign" and could still hear guest conversations in the hallway, vending machines did not work, weak shower pressure, lack of towels in pool area
Pros. Location was good. There were a lot of restaurants within a short driving distance. Staff was, okay. Decently friendly. Took a while to get the keys. Only one person at the desk, and they were on the phone a while with someone while myself and another guest waited. Breakfast was not included. Cost $11 . Looked good though. There was a damp spot on the floor of our hotel room every morning. Couldn't tell where leak was coming from. Beds, not so comfortable either unfortunately, but we only stayed for $54 a night. So that made up for it. Gym and pool area, we're surprisingly excellent.
Pros. The price was great for the quality of the facilities
Cons. Internet was not stable or reliable for anything more than light browsing on a phone
Cons. Waited 45 mins to get into my room
Pros. We had a great stay here at the Raddison Hotel. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and we loved our room with the sleep number bed. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We also loved the breakfast buffet. The chef was very nice and accommodating and made the best fried potatoes and biscuits and gravy! We had a wonderful experience.
Pros. The hotel is pretty and seems to be well maintained. Front desk staff was friendly enough, but that's it. Just friendly enough.
Cons. Stayed for my daughters birthday. Everyone knew that. No one told her happy birthday. Other guests were riff-raffy. Location of hotel is not a safe neighborhood. We were worried about the safety of our vehicle over night. Water in shower was only hot, but cool enough for a 60 second rinse. Wifi awful. Room service came to deliver with a ratty cart and in street clothes. Indoor pool area wasn't stocked with towels either time we visited. Pool temperature was cold. Wouldn't recommend and won't be staying there again.
Pros. How clean everything was! As well as the amazing service htat was given to me
Cons. Everything was great
