Pros. This hotel is around a bunch of other businesses, restaurants and has easy access to 95 to get into Richmond. Good cable access.
Cons. The rooms terrible odor attacked you as soon as you walked in. It reeked of mildew and was oddly humid in our room. The comforter and blanket had the feel that made you want to wash your hands, so we took those off immediately (not to mention the various stains on the blanket). We came out to breakfast late (but we were one of the only customers there) and found cereal, two pieces of bread and a banana, along with orange juice and milk. The manager (?) saw us as she was working on something else, stopped, came over and reprimanded us for being late to breakfast and then, even though we each had a bowl of cereal, put the milk and OJ away before we could add milk. Without another word, she left. Quite rude. So with our bowls of dry cereal and a split banana, we happily went elsewhere for breakfast. We will never be returning to this hotel. There is a reason it was the cheapest in the surrounding areas of Richmond.
