There was nobody at the desk to pick the car up from after we had reserved it online. Hotel staff gave us a number to call, and they did not pick up. We waited 30 minutes and after nobody showed up we left. Worst rental car experience I’ve ever hadReviewed May 7 2024

They did not have a car ready, despite me making the reservation over a month in advance. Person at the counter was extremely unhelpful and was not willing to help or assist in finding a solution. Had to go to another rental car place and rent a car elsewhere.Reviewed Apr 1 2024

Amazing experience. One of the best employees I've ever dealt with was the Hertz employee at the pick up location. He was working by himself, but still worked as quickly as possible while still helping each of the customers diligently. Not sure how I rented this car at the Marriott, and not the airport; but I wasted a lot of time - both on hold and dialing a number provided to only be repeatedly disconnected- with Hertz, trying to talk with a human- and when I finally got to their clearly foreign based scripted call center- they could not assist me!!!! I will NEVER rent with Hertz again!!!! And today I noticed Hertz attempted to charge my credit card additional monies; when they had no basis whatsoever to do!!! I held up my end of the contract- even returned the car three hours before I had arranged to! Hertz has lost my business!!!Reviewed Mar 20 2024

Worst experience I’ve had with a rental car company. Got there and the employee said there were no vehicles available. They did not even call me ahead of time to let me know there was not going to be a car available. Not even a message by text. Spent over $40 on Lyft to go to and from the Hertz rental location.
