Cons:Kayak booked my rental vehicle at Yipsilanti Airport, which i need a private plane (aircraft) to enter the facility of Hertz. No information was provided and i was and most Hertz people also thought it was booked at DTW, but it wasn't. So when i reached to Hertz, at Detroit Airpot, they told me my booking wasn't at Hertz DTW, it was at Yipsilanti. I called Kayak, the offices were close. So called Hertz and they said they don't have any car in any segment in entire Michigan location on the call, however when i go inside the office of Hertz physically, they did have cars in all segments. So it was a BIG LIE. However Kayak wasn't there to support, resolve the issue. I had pay $240 more to other car rental and rent a vehicle and lost my money at Kayak / Hertz for being one of the biggest scammers and liars.

Pros:The vehicle was clean
Cons:Customer service is awful. Not just locally but when I call Hertz customer support I am put on hold for an hour, employees are not friendly or knowledgeable

Pros:My daughter likes the vehicle so much, she wants to buy one. Shuttle was great and very helpful both coming and going.
Cons:Only negative remark is an added charge of $14 a day if we added my 26 year old daughter as a driver. Kayak showed no added charge.
