Cons:Gas tank was only 7/8 full.
Cons:I paid for in full , then they tell me they don’t take debit card, but they charge me on my debit card and I had 3 proof of ID ,The lady was very RUDE and she should be FIred, I feel I should get my money back , went to another car rental told them what and got a better deal Stay away from HERTZ

Cons:Car was very beat up with many dents and scratches/ scrapes.

Cons:A little confusing to navigate drop off. Although this could be do to construction.

Cons:The woman who runs the desk inside the airport is very negative and unkind.
Cons:the car we were told to get was not there it was a good thing the guys pushing our wheel chairs stayed with us till we got a car the guy out back said they double booked that car so he gave us a different one with more miles than the one we were suppose to get. not a great first time rental from hertz. we will probably will pay a little more next time to get national or budget.
Pros:Nice car. Plenty of room.
Cons:Wiper blades very poor. Very unsafe to drive in the rain. Had tire damage and had to call several different people only to be told o drive it till it goes flat then call roadside assistance. Paid to have tire fixed out of my own pocket. Very poor customer service.
