Pros. The room was beautifully clean with new towels and bed made each day; the cleaners and staff were so lovely and even tidied our room each day once we'd left - very trustworthy. Although very small the room was immaculate and catered to every need. Great location and close to all the best things in HK
Cons. The block is not easily accessible only by 2 lifts/elevators; 1 for odd floors and 1 for evens - some days you'd queue for 20 mins or more for the lift and if you take stairs and get wrong block there's no way of walking from one to the other - dangerous if emergency or fire! So many touts and hawkers outside at entrance trying to sell everything from watches to drugs which ruined the experience but we're all middle eastern or Indian foreigners not locals!
