Pros. Staff very friendly
Cons. No hot tub even though it was advertised Room was not up to Hilton standard Tub had a very slow drain Bed was advertised as a adjustable firmness but it was not
Pros. Close to shopping and restaurants
Cons. Rooms small and beds not comfortable, bathroom had no fan and shower didn't spray well. Breakfast is not included which we thought was compliementary which many hotels include now. I requested additional shampoos and conditioners and was left 1 extra one only the first day and wasn't continued each additional day of our stay.
Pros. The staff was very friendly and it was in a good location. The lobby/first floor was decorated like most Hilton Garden Inns that I've stayed at.
Cons. The hotel rooms need to be updated and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. We were told we'd have an adjustable firmness bed, but we did not.
Pros. We stayed here twice - once going to Disney and once returning, a week later. Breakfast had a nice variety of options.
Cons. This hotel and it's rooms did not reflect what I expect from a Hilton hotel. The carpet in our rooms was stained. There was apparently confusion at the front desk because after we went to bed, someone was trying to enter our room thinking it was theirs, because that's what the front desk told them. We then got a call from the front desk not to apologize but to get our last name so they could straighten out the confusion. At breakfast the next morning, there were no clean tables, no silverware, and no attendants to ask for help. It was a very disappointing stay.
