Pros. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
Cons. There was a wedding the night I stayed so the parking garage was full. I had to leave my car out front and come down at 11:00 pm to move it into the garage. We ordered the express breakfast and it was 30 minutes late and half not edible.
Pros. They allowed me to check in a couple of hours early...
Cons. The cleanliness of the hotel was at an all time low. My entire floor smelled very bad. As if their was a sewage issue or something. Also, if you're facing the elevators, the elevator to the left smells like it's been thrown up in a numerous amount of times. Horrible smells throughout....
Pros. Proximity to downtown business, restaurants and entertainment.
Pros. When I entered the Crowne Plaza on a Friday night the lobby smelled overwhelmingly of fish. There was a buffet on the next floor up that was the cause of the odor. I know there was lots of fish because when I asked if they had any vegetarian options I was offered many species of fish. I was shocked that the staff at a restaurant wouldn't understand what a vegetarian is. I normally travel with my husband who has life threatening food allergies. I would not have trusted this uneducated staff to properly ensure that his food was safe. I ordered instead from room service. The options were not impressive but I opted for pizza. I asked for "light cheese". It was repeated back to me correctly. I received a pizza with extra cheese and no sauce. I ended up ordering delivery food from outside the restaurant in order to get an edible meal. That was made difficult by a horrible WiFi in the room. It crashed 3 times in the course of my order. I won't be back.
Cons. We were in room 717. Brawling in the next room (715) brought management up twice. (Someone else called the management.) Dog barking down the hall. A party down the hall broke up at 2:30 in the morning with much shouting. In the room, lumpy old bed, peeling wallpaper, old mismatched furniture and lamps in the room. I have photos. We stay there every December when we visit family. This is our first bad experience. Do not accept a room on the 7th floor!
Cons. Food in restaurant was sub par
Pros. Comfortable!
Pros. Beds very soft, pillows very nice
