I liked the room. It was very spacious as well as the bathroom and shower. I did not like: 1) the elevators were in bad condition. a. 1 elevator made a very loud clicking noise as the door opened and closed b. the other elevator had a door that would not open when it stopped at a floor. You had to push the door open push button to open the door. If you did not push the button in time, the elevator would take off and you had to start the process over Staff was not real attentive to guest needing more towels or pillows. While setting in the lobby, it looked like it was a bother for them to assist guests. There was no enforced quiet time. There were many guests attending graduation services this weekend. Lound music and partying was allowed on the 2nd and 3rd floor between the hours of 11pm and 4am. I know this from not being able to have a night of continuous sleep. Staff had no concern for guests trying to sleep. My recommendation would be: Have a sign at the check-in desk displaying a hotel quiet time of 11pm to 6am in the areas of guest rooms. Maintain the elevators, even though the elevators were working, it gives doubt of performance and overall building maintenance. Not much you can do about the staff, personalities and good help are hard for everyone to find and employ these days.
