They charge me extra for fuel even I returned with more fuel then I got it I was charged one extra hour bec of the time of reservations and not the time of pick up waited for customer service for half hour nobody helped me in the drop off airport called customer service and received money back . Would not rent with Alamo again they just take your money8.0 Very good

Friendly staff, loved the Chrysler 300.Cons:
My initial flight was delayed so I called asking if I could pick up the car the next day, I was told it wouldn't be a problem but the person I spoke with didn't ask my name or reservation number. When I got there the next day, there were no Chrysler 300's available and I got a Kia Optima that smelled like body odor. I was able to take it to the airport Avis and get the Chrysler thankfully, and everyone was great that I dealt with, but obviously it would have been ideal to get the car I requested at the location I planned. Otherwise I would have just gone to the airport spot.Ace

Cons:
There was a more than 45 minute wait at the counter when we went to pick it up. We cancelled the reservation at that point and found a car at another agency instead so we don't know how long it would have been6.0 Okay

The line for pick up was 3x longer than any other line in the miami airport, thrifty center was shutdown sonhad to stand in line for the dollar rental. Back windows of our car did not roll up all the way when putting the top up so had to manually pull them back into place. Will choose another rental company if visiting miami again.2.0 Poor

The car was clean and exactly what we orderedCons:
Pickup and dropoff were terrible. Staff ignored us and gave us all the wrong instructions on where to get the car. Nobody provided any information on where to pickup/drop off the car. Car was dropped off an hour late and we were charged for an extra day9.6 Wonderful

We were upgraded to a 4Runner that got us safely and comfortably 1600 miles in 6 days. Super fast pick up and drop off with Emerald Club. Super affordable. Will rent from National again.Europcar
