The car was great clean full of gas and ran smoothly. The staff was very nice and helpful. Especially the worker Alex who helped explain the details of the reservation and prices. The transaction went quickly getting the car and returning the car. It was an awesome experience for me renting a car for the first time at Enterprise Rent-a-car of Naperville.

The vehicle exterior was dirty when I picked it up. The windshield wiper was in need of replacing and skipped during a rain storm.

Staff was very helpful, I needed a van to move my daughter out of her apartment and he mentioned he had a cargo van available if I needed it. Pickup was easy and drop off also

The car was nice, very clean.

Cons:

Very stripped down version of the car. I rent a lot and gps and Cn radio are pretty standard at the same price at other companies. The worst part was the rental agent. Extremely high pressure sales tactics on the insurance. Repeatedly asking despite me saying numerous times I don't want it. "I don't want you to leave without our insurance., what will it take to get you into our insurance before you go." The kid was like a bad caricature of a used car salesman. That and the dorky stocking cap he wore even inside really ruined his professional look.

We went to return the car, and the location was closed. No email, no instructions, just a sign on the door saying closed for the next 4 days.

Pros:

They were very friendly.......

Cons:

The vehicle was not there on time and 4 hours late. Cussed me to lose my ride and have to Uber to get it. Then change the date we were leaving for vacation and they did nothing to try and make that up at all. No discounts or anything even though it was truly their problem that caused me to have a problem.

Pickup took forever. Wait was almost an hour. The agent at pickup was very pleasant and easy to work with. Drop off was easy and agent was very pleasant. Vehicle was clean and in good condition.

This was a terrible experience of a fraud perpetrated upon us. When we landed at 7 pm the alamo counter at the airport was closed as was the car pick up site across the street. There was a sign stating clearly that office hours were until 8 pm . When we calles the two numbers on the sign for the local reps the only response we received, after a long time, that she refused to come in but is sending someone else. . This turned out to be a rep of another local company not related to alamo who made it clear that our only option to get to Tikal early next morning was to rent a car from him at more than twice the rate we had booked and confirmed with alamo.The car was 19 years old with no air conditioning. We have everything duly recorded you will be hearing from my lawyer when I return.
