Pros:The car was in good condition. It rode well. It was clean.
Cons:I chose this agency as I thought from the description it was in the airport terminal and pick up would be faster. It is not in the terminal. My wait for a shuttle was 50 minutes. This include 5 shuttles driving past me, and thus not knowing if I would ever be picked up. When I was picked up, the shuttle was crammed. Person on crutches and parents with baby in stroller not accommodated. Once at the agency, the line was out the door. There was no way to know where the end of the line was, as so many people with luggage waiting for their family in line. Also, two agencies shared one building. From the outside, there was no way to know if the line was for one, or both agencies together. I asked 4 people where the line was, and if I was in the right line. After 30 minutes, another Shuttle Driver said anyone in line for Payless (me), who was outside, was in the wrong line. She helped me move through the crowd of luggage. Once in the correct line, there was only one staff person for a line of 7 (after however many passed through while I was outside). Somehow, it was taking an extraordinary amount of time to process each individual, given everyone had a reservation and it should've only been minutes. It was at least an hour at the agency waiting in line. Except for the one shuttle driver who came to my aid, no staff apologized, or did anything to speed the process, or to direct people in line. I have a back injury, but had to stand for 2 hours, waiting for the shuttle, and then for an agent. After my experience, I checked Yelp reviews, which were mostly along the "terrible / never again" line. As with those reviewers, I agree that even one star is too high, but is required by the review software. This experience stole several hours from my vacation.
