Pros:good car, drove nicely
Cons:agent at counter told me the EZ-Pass would cost $35.00 for the duration of the rental. Upon receiving the contract, the charges were $47.96. The car was filthy and was not cleaned after the previous renter, chocolate all over the car in or out of wrapper, there was no windshield fluid in the car front nor back. That was the worse experience I've had renting a vehicle. due to high traffic and flight being at 5:00, I returned the vehicle a little before 4pm, the agent gave me a final bill in excess of $792 when I asked why, he said it was for the additional hours. So, I had to return to the counter and begged the person ahead of the line to let me go ahead or risk missing my flight. outside the additional charges were over $600+ but when I went inside, the agent said the additional were only $58 which she waived because of all the issues I had experienced.
Pros:Good choice of cars
Cons:The cars were very very dirty, to the extent that we had to open each and every car and pick the cleanest one which wasn't even "clean" but it was the least dirty of the lot. I don't just mean dirty as in dust, but as in there was snow stains all over the steering as if someone had smeared them on. The rear window was dirty as well. The windshield was so dirty that i had to pull over at a gas satiation and clean the windshield from the inside using wet paper towels. This wasn't even the worst part. We returned the car on time and still we got charged late fee. Needless to say, never Thrifty again.

Pros:Staff was very nice when I rented it. There was no staff when I returned the car as it was 4 in the morning. No problem.
Cons:it should not have cost so much just because it was summer in New England. Over $500 for a week was too much but I had no choice.
Pros:Ease of whole process. New clean car. Was given a ride to my terminal after drop off!
