Cons:Though I was quoted a price on Kayak that was supposedly "inclusive" of everything, I was in fact charged almost double that once I learned about other fees. Additionally, the front desk attendants at Thrifty were rude and extremely unhelpful.

Cons:The child seat I reserved in advance wasn't available when we picked the car up. My daughter ended up in a smaller seat than she should have been.

Cons:There apparently was a shortage of cars despite a reservation made four months ago. Pick up involved completing paperwork then waiting (20 minutes plus) for a car to appear. Counter staff wasted time tracking down customers who had wandered off while waiting for a car to appear.
