One gate agent in Sioux Falls ruined it for a few people on the flight. It was the usual, that personal item is too large, you are going to have to pay $100 to get it on the flight. One family with a baby were told that they had to have a passport for the baby to get on the flight. Also a Sheriff's Deputy needed to go on the airplane to return a lost cell phone to a minor on the flight. The gate agent would NOT let him go on without a boarding pass. I don't know who this moron was, but the sooner Frontier moves him where he can't interact with people, the better off they will be. Let's just say the deputy did the job that he needed to do and returned the phone to the minor on the plane, even with argument from a gate agent that thought he had way more power than he actually does. Very IRRITATING individual.

Bad experience… crew are extremely strict with personal bags… they overcharge me coz my bag was one inch H

They never updated the boarding pass on their apps to show their delay

Online check-in was not user-friendly. Too many fees, not cost effective.

They wouldn’t let us on the flight even tho we were an hour early. No refund not even our bags that were prepaid

I brought a ticket and car rental through Travelocity. There was no where to add a KTN. So I thought i’d add it by looking up ticket on frontier website. I tried 3 times with the frontier chat bot to add my KTN it never updated my boarding pass. So then I tried showing up early to do it in person at the airport. The first employee update my ktn in the system and gave me a new boarding pass. I was sent back by tsa to join regular line. Then I was told to add my Ktn. It would cost me $25 extra. Given the length of the cue I did pay. Congratulations! BUT I will NEVER fly frontier again. Plus the plane was very old. It had actual ashtrays and old looking tray backs. Worst travel experience ever. Im warning my friends and family not to use frontier ever.

I did not enjoy the trip home on Frontier for several reasons: there is too much cost besides the flight, which was more than I would normally pay, then having to pay for luggage, and carry-on, seat (if you want to reserve when booking) then you must pay over $3 for a can of soda, and $4 for a snack. A cup of water is free.

Did not realize seats did not recline. Best to travel in an exit row... No question

I strongly dislike Frontier. I find them barebones, the seats not particularly comfortable, the nickel and diming is maddening, the app is TERRIBLE - super confusing to navigate, and the last 4 frontier flights I have flown have been on AVERAGE 2 hours late, one ruining a fancy night out in Vegas with reservations made well in advance, which was nodded to with a measly 5000 miles, which translates to almost nothing. At least credit a free checked bag or something.

8 hr delay. had to buy another ticket with another airline

Boarding started earlier but was not updated on any screen. We only heard the overhead call for final boarding. The plane sat on the tarmac for over an hour after landing.

Horrible and unprofessional staff. Plane was unkept and security lacking. Agents bickering over which one was going to print my boarding pass.

Besides there were several delays, they wouldn’t give me my boarding pass for both my connecting flights (even though due to the delays I had an extremely short time to get to my second flight). When I went to the counter at my connection, two agents were bickering about who was going to help me. One continued saying she was quitting and the other should tell their boss she’s not coming in the next day. Staff was extremely unprofessional, plane cleanliness and security was lacking. This was my first and last time using Silver Airlines.

My flight was cancelled from Gainesville. I was able to get on another flight on Friday. Will see if this one cancels also?

the hospitality was excellent to me and I will return flying with them

I am very disappointed. I booked with kiwi when I got to the airport there was no reservation I had to purchase another ticket after my card was already charged for almost double the cost I payed through kiwi eight days after I went to their office in Tortola and they refuse to give me a receipt so that I can cancel the original payment. They said “ there is no record that you used silver to travel “ I know I did not swim to Puerto Rico . If someone can help me please so that I can cancel the payment the credit card company said I need it, I have less than 14 days or I will loose my money. This is terrible and there is no local number for them.

I booked because of time of the flights. I needed to be at my destination at a specific time, and missed my appointment because of your delays.Get rid of these junk planes. The ATR planes are dated old scary planes. And maybe you could actually be on time. This airlines on time record is horrible. The communications between the gate agents and this company dont exist.. They couldn't give any answers,. When trying to find out when the flight would leave, they get no response when they asked for details on flights, they receivedconflicting information. I felt bad for the gate agents having to deal with Silver's inability to communicate simple information. This is my last choice in air travel. On time flights are everywhere, and both flights I took were delayed. It's a sad company.

The flight itself was good and the flight attendant was very good.

It was awesome until we ran into some bad weather but the pilots did an amazing job getting us to safety and landed

If you take this airline, they WILL change the flight time, and make you miss your connection. It has happened every time I used it. It's so unreliable that I think it shouldn't be offered on Kayak. You will regret it!

It was cancelled. And Kayak/Kiwi pocketed the money. Competence, ethics and customer service would be an idea.

There was nothing to like about this airline and everything needs improvement
