they were good. they coordinated pick up of luaggage at final destination. The had text updates on phone with gate/dep.time etc.

The flight was good. There was free WiFi which was fantastic. The crew was a bit rude and short tempered. The landing was super smooth

Flight was late leaving which made connecting in Athen very hard. Baggage took an hour to come out. Come on… for such a small plane. Need to step up your game Aegean!

The flight was delayed for no reason by 30 min making my connection very hard to get.

Flight had delays as always. It has been very disappointing as the last 4 times I’ve travelled with Aegean we always had delays.

Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.

Would be good if we didn't have to print out own boarding pass

The flight was absolutely fine. Unfortunately it was delayed by an hour due to unforeseen reasons.

I’ve flown Aegean many times and they remain consistent with good service from Athens to Cyprus.

Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.

Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.

I was sweating the whole time for 9 hrs. There are no air nozzles above the seats

This time I was very unsatisfied, due to the tickets, been overbooked from Zürich to Budapest for my children. All four of us had to get a defender out and arrive to put up past nine hours later than originally participated. They did give us different ticket in Miami however, if I would’ve seen this ticket on the Internet I would have never purchased it. We took this because we had no choice. At the airport in Miami during check-in, we were informed that my children’s tickets were sold to someone else and their tickets were canceled. They basically give us no choice but to go with booking.

Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time

Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.

Checked me out of my connecting flight despite having enough time to transfer, had to check in again at the gate. Then they lost my luggage.

Our connecting flight to the US only had around a 25 minute layover! And our flight from Seville to Zürich was delayed! Had our flight from Zürich to Washington DC not been delayed we would have missed our flight to the US. We didn’t even know it was delayed until sprinting from the A terminal to the E terminal. Our flight from Seville landed in Seville 10 minutes after our the door was supposed to close for our flight from Zürich to the US. Not cool! Several other Swiss air passengers were in the same position as us, which I could tell bc we were all running for our lives in your airport. We booked a flight from Seville to Washington DC and the time between connecting flights was not enough and that’s not an acceptable position to put a traveler in. Especially one who spent over $1000 on their tickets.

The pilot was wonderful and enthusiastic and introduced himself over the intercom. We all felt in good hands. Crew were all super friendly and especially the young , gentleman crew member. Everything Swiss airlines represents. Hospitality, friendly and professional. Thank you. Truly a memorable short flight.

Very happy with the service, comfort, and food on Turkish Airlines. Security and check in was great.

Awful seats, poor air circulation. Smelled like poop for 3-5 mins after someone used the bathroom. Child screaming for 13 hours

Crew was good. Plane and seats were cleaned and good. Food and entertainment system was bad.

It was a good experience, it was just the the connecting flight after that was a problem.

Entertainment monitors did not work in the seats & it was so hot in the cabin. One of the most uncomfortable flights I've ever taken.

On this route the plane was also late and I almost missed a connecting flight to Tashkent. Moreover, my bag did not arrive with the same plane and only on the next flight from Istanbul. I was supposed to travel further from Tashkent to Astana and Saudi Arabia and if I didn't collect my bag in Tashkent I would have missed the next flights because I couldn't travel without my bag and all valuables inside it.
