Everything would be much better if Kayak stopped nosing into my business with Delta.

The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

Delta planes have the WORST seat comfort of any plane in history. It's the opposite of ergonomic, in every sense. They also recline minimally, are covered in a vinyl and have no feet rests. Then the disembarking process is chaotic and time consuming (because of the way they load the plane and deal with luggage). Overall, somewhat frustrating but we arrived safely :)

crew was amazing. Will be forever Delta flyer. Captain spoke in front of us, personally grateful to passengers for being there. When landing gate problems, Captain again came out to speak in person. crew are retired military. Very impressed when flying can be such a struggle today. Thank you Delta

Boarding was easy. Gate agent was great! I have flown at this time before and they always make the announcement that the overhead bins are already full or my carry on is subject to plane-side tagging. Never fails. A bigger plane with more overhead space would be better. Overall a great flight

long flights are never truly comfortable but the airline did their best. crew was great and the flight was safe.

Premium seemed like first class, nice seats, great food, competent and friendly flight attendants. Very nice flight.

We finally got on a flight about 10:45 that was to leave at 7:30. Bah humbug!

I trust Delta. I travel comfortable. The snacks could improve or could go to something as a little sandwich.

A220 brakes are grabby and uncomfortable Electric braking is not a good solution for a modern aircraft

I expected the plane to be as the one I took from manaos to Bogota and unfortunately it wasn’t as nice, the sits didn’t recline and there was not onboard entertainment.

The personal at the front desk in Manaos was awesome, I have never experience anything like that before, the person who attended me deserves to have a promotion I still remember him, very educated, kind but overall he could put himself on your position

No water for a 5 hour flight entertainment not working seats with little room for knees when person in front of me reclined kept bumping my knees.

The good thing is the flight was on time and the crew was really nice. They can work better the arriving with staff

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

There was absolutely no food or drink service unless it was paid for. I am not used to this.

It is better at the jfk than my home country. It was very easy and everything was on time.

They charge me $190.00 dollars for the baggage for the bag in side the plane and in the baggage compartment in the plane. The service I got bad bad bad they make wait for a log time and i got to the airport 4 hours before. I don't think I'm going to use you guys never never again no support . And I am going to tell all the guys and people i now to don' use KAYAK

My international flight from LAX to Argentina had one free check in bag included in the price I paid, however your crew in LAX made me pay $95 USD to carry it on! Please note I had only on small size luggage (carry on size) and one backpack. I demand my $95 USD back that you guys charged me illegally in LAX.

Flight was an Iberia Flight on Level but seemed to be outsourced to a 3rd airline - Wamos. Seating pattern was different than when booked, we waited on the JETBRIDGE for 45 minutes to board, food was terrible. Movie options were limited to about 20 and very old, TV shows was limited to about 15 and equally as old. Staff was fine but definitely the "b-team". Landed about 60 minutes early and waited on the runway for 45 minutes - despite that Logan Airport in Boston recently added new gates. Mediocre experience at best.

Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

As with every airline the seats are not built for tall people.

My wife and I paid for seat selection to be together. My wife and I were on separate rows and the excuse they gave was they changed the plane. Also, I have celiac and asked for a gluten free meal in the ticket profile which they did not have.

Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

This flight was a code share for both Iberia and American Airlines and run by what I assume is a charter company Level. It was difficult if not impossible to get a seat assigned, check bags or use any customer service functions. I would skip it!

The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

My flight from Victoria was late taking off and then I was rebooked on a new flight from Vancouver to SFO without my knowledge the next day. I actually made it to the gate on time so I could have boarded my flight but Air Canada rebooked me instead. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience with no grace from the Air Canada staff. I will not fly Air Canada again

The boarding was fine , staff nice. Seats are always so awful on every plane. They need to make more room for passengers. Although Air north does not have televisions,, every airline should model the experience of flying with them. . Small meal , drinks, and a warm cookie. It’s a lovely airline with very friendly staff and I always look forward to flying with them.

Flight delayed at the last moment Hill next day and havé to drag at Hotel at our cost and bec day was again delayed 4 Times because no crée and no pilot

Check in was great! Boarding was very good. The plane was just okay! The crew were great!

Everything with the flight was okay, but things Air Canada can’t control, such as the delayed flight, and the disastrous situation at the Palm Springs airport with such overcrowded waiting areas really makes me think twice about flying from there again.

It was a refreshing experience from the past few times I have travelled with Air Canada.

No food provided and the tickets are expensive. At least provide a snack, it is a 4.5 hr flights for 600 dollars. Snack would be welcomed.

The flight was cancelled and the flight they booked me on in lieu of was repeatedly delayed, meaning my arrival time was delayed from about 8:30 pm until after midnight. The airline offered little explanation and no recompense for this 4-hour delay.

Nothing to say: I always have a good time with Air Canada
