at the time for boarding the lady just call Group A and no other goups and everybody from A to F go inside without the right turn,and when we get in theres no more spsce for carry on , the ones that get in at not correct group from the back occupy our space !!!!! a mess !!!!
Jet Blue keeps getting iit wrong. 4 hour mechanical delay followed by terrible boarding experience. This is my third horrific jet blue flight in 2024. I am going to try to avoid this loser in the sky

Flawless trip. Pilot came out and introduced himself, welcomed everyone, made a light joke to put everyone at ease. Arrived quite early.
JetBlue has too many delayed flights. I cant recall in the past two years flying with JetBlue without some form a delays. I expect better B6.
Late as usual. Don’t remember the last time I was on an on-time JetBlue flight. Worse part about JetBlue being late is that they provide very little, if any updates. The entertainment screens had to be rebooted twice once airborne before they started working. The new free internet never did work the entire flight.
