$217 Find cheap flights from San Francisco to Frankfurt-Hahn

The Lufthansa flight was delayed, and I missed the connecting flight. Lufthansa customer service have not been helpful in rebooking the subsequent flight with Air India (another airline that is part of the Star Alliance). Lufthansa told me it's not their responsibility, and Air India says the PNR is part of Lufthansa, so they are not responsible for rebooking. Lufthansa customer service asked me to contact the counter at Delhi airport, but no one was available there. I am caught between these two airlines, and ultimately, Air India decided to reschedule my flight after 18 hours. I am stranded at Delhi airport. I can't go out because if I do, I can't come back in, and I can't get past security to get food. My 3-year-old and our family stranded here for 12 hours without food and water.

Dinner was excellent - beef stew, the eggs for breakfast were only ok. It was soooo nice that there were so many options for movies and games.

Staff didn’t care in business class. Closed the door on my mom while she was on the jetbridge and flight attendant told me she would make it from the connecting flight. They lied. My luggage was damaged on arrival. No success in filing damage claim.

Boston Logan is a crummy airport - signage is terrible or lacking in areas. Boarding seemed to be a free for all and with all the different airlines speaking, you couldn't tell who was supposed to be where and when. Plain and simple, airlines should board from the back of the plane to the front. Also someone was sitting in my seat. By the time that was figured out, I had to place my overhead behind me which made de-planing more difficult. Logan is not Lufthansa's fault so that is not on them, Boarding is on them! Still, overall it was a Good Experience flying with Lufthansa. This is not my first flight with them...

Overall, the flight was comfortable without any serious issues. Transit through Frankfurt airport was a little confusing, but not too difficult if you follow the signs

Staff disappeared after dinner service until breakfast, no help with beds, no help running to our gate to catch connection cause flight was late, our luggage didn’t make it, took over 24 hours to get luggage to hotel, no compensation!!

Everything was good except food. I believe there is room for improvement

Houston to Porto flight delayed landing made us miss our connection. Tried to get on standby for the next flight and even though the lady knew we wouldn’t be able to get on it and she sent us down there. We sat there three hours and then we’re told there’s no way you’re getting on this flight. So we had to go to customer service and ended up having to spend the night in Frankfurt and missed a whole day of our vacation in Porto

Lufthansa flights were great. United flight from houston to Frankfurt had very small seats with almost no space

Everything could be better. The plain was in Orlando for 3 hours prior to boarding. After boarding all the passengers they found out that plane has a mechanical problem. After an hour the problem was solved, the pilot comes on and states, (We have to go back to the gate and take on more fuel!) Are you kidding me???? Who they have for pilots, Boy scouts?? I barely made my connecting flight to Vienna, but my suitcase did not. I'm still waiting for it, in Gyor, Hungary. Am I having fun yet?? Other passenger were in the same binned. I travelled all over the world both for business and pleasure with all types of airlines. By far of all the carriers I travelled with, Discover is the worst. I'm contemplating to bight the bullet and go back to the US with a different carrier. For International flights, the seats are made for little people. The person in front of me had his seat reclined the whole way, I felt like he was sitting in my lap. For closing, I would not let my dog travel with Discover, yet alone recommend it to an other person. Does it sound like I'm frustrated, Think about having to travel back to the US with them. I'm sure I'll not hear back from you, because nobody wants to hear about bad news, but with all the hype Discover puts out there about their services, nothing could be further from the truth. A bigger plane would be more comfortable. We were bouncing off the ground before even lifting into the air, scary!

The seats are too close to the ones in front.

The seats are terrible. The boarding process was poorly organized. Little to no information was given. Gate change information was only provided at a time that was AFTER the scheduled departure time.

Boarding was delayed and a bit hectic. The crew was super nice.

Brand new airplane Airbus 330. Great crew. The staff on the ground is always a bit mediocre at Condor.

Some pretty unfriendly check in crew members. This is a no frills airline.

Seat was the worst I ever had in an airplane

I will definitely recommend your service. This is my first experience with Condor and so far it was great!

A flight attendant placed a meal on my tray. I was in 44E. The passenger who was in 44G had gone to the bathroom. I ate the meal. When the passenger in 44G asked where his meal was the flight attendant put the blame on me. She claimed another attendant put the meal on my tray. She then claimed when she gave me the meal she asked me if I had ordered a special meal. She did not Worst experience I have ever had with a crew member.

Entertainment screen was not functioning, there was no effort made by flight attendants to take care of the problem. All I could do was looking at customs forms and watch landing videos for 10 hrs 😁 Bruno Volk
