Boarding was made fun by the gate attendant. He announced very clearly each board group and had some funny descriptions of each group. He played with the children, acting like he couldn't see them. Just a very welcome boarding process. Once on the plane, mother nature took over and we were locked in for about 45 minutes standing by for take off on the runway. Every plane has the same issue. Once in the air, the flight crew took very good care of us. Lots of communication with smiles.

Alaska is always good. Happy polite employees, great airlines. I can’t say that about some of the others !
Flight was initially delayed 1 hour, but said come to gate at scheduled time in case plane shows early. Then the flight was delayed several times over for a total of 3.5 hrs for 1.5hr flight. The only compensation was $12 to get a water and some chips. Cant seem to fly anymore without some issue.
Airline boarding experience could definitely go better, though that's not limited to Alaska Air. Couldn't get logged in to the plane wi-fi.
It was my first time, it went pretty well. We did experience some turbulence and wasn’t told anything. Over all everything was easy to get through.
I think that the plane needed a little TLC. It was not as clean as I was expecting. There were a lot of food crumbs all over the floor in the exit aisle and also on my seat. I was also asked to pour out my drink instead of getting to finish it, which I thought was very strange. I had a full cup of hot coffee that I poured in a plastic bag held by the stewardess. I think this is so the cleaning crew does not have to clean up much trash? I still would have liked to finish the cup of coffee.
Overall a good experience, just a bit of a cramped and old aircraft
Took off and landed at the correct airports so they did pretty good.
Flight attendant in front portion of flight was surly. Aisle way too narrow, seats a bit narrow as well. If a large person had been seated next to me they would have been touching me and that’s not acceptable.
Great. I moved from Los Angeles to Portland Oregon and my dog flew with me. He didn't bark or cry, he slept and relaxed. The flight crew was kind, patient and helpful. Alaska is my preferred domestic airlines.
I actually received a notification from kayak on email but not one by text from Delta when my departure gait changed and I almost missed my flight
New boarding doesn't make sense. Filling front first is slow.
Delta flight was great from the check in all the way to arrival. However, I had a very bad experience. I requested a wheelchair and the wheelchair employee that went to pick me up from the plane in Boston to bring me to the baggage claims told me I have to pay him. I was under the impression that it was a free service and I usually give tips but the person forced me to pay and since I said no because I was upset with his demand when my daughter walked in to pick me up he demanded payment from my daughter who paid him thinking maybe now it is a charged service.
Horrible. Grateful to be alive but spent 13 hours at airport only to return back to my familys house and flight changed to next day. They tried to fix a part on plane, had no back up plane and after 10 hours , reattempted the flight and it STILL wasn't fixed. We got a meal voucher and rescheduled flight but there should be some other compensation for the 15 hours spent in airport
The Pilot was one of the best I've had, very informative about turbulence and got us to our destination early
My seat was changed at the last minute and I was moved to the last row, right next to the bathroom despite selecting my seat well in advance. I was also made to check my carry on due to space but when I got on the plane there was significant empty overhead space. Picking up my carry on from the luggage carousel added time to my trip which had already been extended due to delay.
There was plenty of overhead room but half of the passengers were told they had to check their carryon bags. My partner and I checked in as early as possible and our seats were split across the aisle.
Flew first class so everything was great. But maybe because the flights were red eye, no meals were served, just chips. I flew Alaska Air 1st class at 9PM (2 hour flight) and they served beef short rib sliders!
There was a loud squeaky sound the whole time we were flying.
I didn’t not like that I could not select my seat and ended up with the worse seat.
Not enough room between rows and food was gross. $160 baggage charge?! Never again.
It was fine. The flight attendant appeared to be in a bad mood but everything was fine.
Seats are outdated. Entertainment relies on personal device. Boarding was delayed due to inaccurate passenger tracking, resulted in late arrival at Reno.

As usual, United scheduling is completely misleading. A 54-minute layover at O’Hare is too short to make a lot of connections, especially since the flight landed “on time” but had to wait on the taxiway 15 minutes for a gate to open up. Then it takes another 10 minutes to exit the plane before one can run to another concourse to catch a connecting flight.
I am not an electronic savy. I don't know how to maneuver the APPS for services. Why can't I just buy food without the apps.
This was a short flight with no food. The attendants were great but the comfort was poor: just to cramped. The flight from Denver to Frankfort was excellent! Seating was roomier, food was good, service was good. This was a great experience.
Flight was quite late as there was no pilot Crew is usually excellent, this flight not as good as usual there were more mistakes, slower and less friendly service But honestly the aircraft was too cramped and uncomfortable for a 4 hour flying get so, do to the aircraft liability the very best you could ever do is mediocre.
Flight was ok. Unfortunately it was a Boeing 737, which is a cramped / tight airplane. I prefer the Airbus as they are a more comfortable flight experience.
Terrible. Still have not received the refund from them. They sent it to some account that I don't even know. Spoke with costumer service and they are unable to help.
I didn’t like it at all. I miss my second flight because of the delay on Allegiant Air now I m stuck in MCO.
Good, but a bit late on take off after loading. Don't like charging for carry ons!
First time flying with them and will definitely fly again in the future. Crew was so nice and friendly, fought was seamless. They are simple planes, no entertainment, but it’s fine for a short flight or if you have personal devices Rates are competitive, and they did so well with keeping the flight on time after a tropical storm, where other airlines had delays and cancellations.
They boarded passengers that sat in the back of the plane first, making boarding very efficient.
I didn't even take this flight. My plans changed and I couldn't get ahold of customer service and the website kept breaking down during the attempt to change the flight. I wound up taking another airline entirely and eating the cost.
The worst flying experience ever 3 delays. No accommodations. Had to deboard the plane after being delayed.
Posted a 20minute delay but didn’t delay at all. Caused boarding issues and confusion. Also, didn’t release baggage. Took over an hour and 20 minutes to get luggage.
Flight was good, boarding was a breeze, flight attendants were friendly and professional. There was a medical issue with another passenger and the crew handled it in a calm and professional way.
The net issue I had was with the gate agent. We had added a carryon to our boarding pass when we checked bags. When I got to the boarding gate the agent was rude asking why I had a backpack - I said I added it - even had an orange tag on it. She ripped my tag off and swung her monitor around to show me how she was right- saying it isn’t wasn’t listed - only a checked bag. I explained again that I wasn’t sure what the issue was but I wouldn’t have an orange tag if I hadn’t added it. Then she finally checked my husband’s boarding pass and found that the agent at checkin had added my carryon to his boarding pass instead of mine. She sent me on my way without my orange tag. Was a bit embarrassing for me the tone she used with me assuming I was trying to get away with something.
